Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts using the same person, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and any winnings will be forfeited.
3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy
3.1 Deposits
Payment methods currently accepted on gb11 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for the deposit.
3.3 Restrictions and Forfeiture
gb11 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any withdrawal in cases of suspicious transactions, fraud, or deceptive activity. In cases of bonus abuse, account hacking, or chargebacks, all deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited.
3.4 Currency
All transactions on gb11 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For payments in foreign currency, the conversion rate will apply at the market rate.
4 Bonus and Promotion Policy
4.1 Welcome Bonus
On your first deposit at gb11, you can receive a 100% bonus up to ৳10,000. Accepting this bonus will apply a 15x wagering requirement. For example: if you deposit ৳5,000 you will receive ৳5,000 in bonus; you must place a total of ৳150,000 in bets on the combined ৳10,000 before you can withdraw.
4.2 Bonus Terms of Use
- Each user may claim each promotion a maximum of one time.
- There must be no pending withdrawal requests on the account at the time of claiming a bonus.
- If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be forfeited.
- gb11 reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of any promotion at any time.
- If bonus abuse is detected, the account may be suspended.
4.3 VIP Program
gb11's VIP program has four tiers earned through regular play:
- Bronze — Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
- Silver — Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
- Gold — Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
- Platinum — Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

5 Acceptable Use of the Platform
Members may use the gb11 platform for personal entertainment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

- Any attempt to earn money through fraud, deception, or dishonest means.
- Using software, bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence to gain an advantage in play.
- Stealing or unauthorized use of another member's account information.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Attempting unauthorized access to or hacking of gb11's systems.

- Colluding with other members to influence game outcomes.
5.2 Account Security
